Thelma Houston (född Jackson), född den 7 maj 1946 i Mississippi, Mississippi, USA är en amerikansk sångerska, kompositör och skådespelerska. År 1977 fick hon en världshit med sin coverversion av sången Don't Leave Me This Way. Detta är en låt denna kvinna har gjort en cover på.
